👩‍⚕️ Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from experienced support workers, community carers, and students studying health, nursing, or social care. If you’re reliable, respectful, and genuinely care about improving clients’ wellbeing — we’d love to hear from you.

🧾 Requirements

To work with SoulCare Solutions, you’ll need:

• A valid ABN (Australian Business Number)

• Police Check (National)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Clearance)

• First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate

• (Optional) Working With Children Check (WWCC) — if working with clients under 18

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification such as nursing/medical degree)
